Ashley Griffith, MSN, FNP-BC
Ashley Griffith is the founder and lead provider of AG Health Services. She is a licensed and Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner in Maryland. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from Coppin State University. Ashley later graduated at the top of her class from The George Washington University, earning a Master of Science in Nursing degree with a concentration in Family Nurse Practitioner. Ashley has over 10 years of clinical experience, beginning her career at the University of Maryland R. Adams Cowley Shock Trauma Center in Baltimore, MD. She has since served in specialties including Vascular surgery, Head/Neck surgery, and ENT before pursuing her own Telehealth practice. In addition to her clinical work, Ashley is an adjunct clinical professor at the University of Maryland School of Nursing, where she mentors and educates the next generation of nurses. Ashley is passionate about providing personalized healthcare services and making every patient feel heard. She places emphasis on patient education, ensuring patients have the knowledge they need to make informed decisions regarding their healthcare.

Jamia Anderson, MSN, PMHNP-BC
Jamia Anderson is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and Baltimore, Maryland native dedicated to making quality mental health care accessible to her community. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing degree with a concentration in Psychiatric Mental Health and went on to receive advanced clinical training under some of the most reputable psychiatrists in Maryland. Jamia has over 10 years of healthcare experience, including Neuro-trauma and Emergency medicine. She has since transitioned into full-time psychiatric practice, bringing a uniquely well-rounded clinical perspective to every patient encounter. Jamia specializes in depression, anxiety, mood disorders, and ADHD, combining medication management with psychotherapy to help patients build lasting coping strategies and improve their quality of life. Known for her warm, nonjudgmental approach, she creates a safe space where every patient feels heard, respected, and empowered.
